In my opinion, you are suffering from "Neuromuscular disorders", which is due to spinal anomalies of Cervical region. May be compalints due to any injury / previous infection / any inflammatory conditon of the parts. I will suggest you to consult any General physician for his opinion or you can consult to any Neurologist.You can send me their opinion with their prescription.You should not be late because the complaints may trigger by cold/rainy season.Without going details of the complaints, I am not in a position to suggest you any medicine particularly. But you can take Homoeopathic medicine "AVENA SATIVA Q" 15 DROPS three times a day with half cup of water. This will minimise your complaints of shaking hands. @ Pankaj Mittal
